To qualify for the Early Payment payment must be received at least (14) days prior to the seminar date
In order to qualify for the group rate, registrations must be received at the same time for the sameseminar. For each additional person, attach a copy of the APPLICATION and PAYMENT forms.
All persons signing up for more than one course, at the time of first applying, shall get at a 25% discount on all courses if paid in full at the time of applying.
