PREVIOUS QUALIFYING EDUCATION OR EXPERIENCE

In order for us to determine if you qualify for Previous Qualifying Education or Experience please respond with any one of the following:
1. Submit a course outline that you received from any formal training programs and a copy of the certificate of completion.
2. Submit one or two pages outlining all of the methods and techniques you currently utilize and your personal or professional experience with Hypnotherapy.
